Cortland Family Medical Center - Family Health Network of Central New York, Inc. at 4038 West Road (Rte 281), Cortland, New York.

This is by far the worst doctors office I have been to. I don't know how it could possibly even get any worse. I got a different health insurance that my regular doctor offices didn't take anymore. So I had to go to Cortland instead of Ithaca. They took two months to get important medicine ready. I was playing phone tag for months. Then I had the same problem again this month. I called to see if it was done yet and they said it was ready a few days ago.. I am proud to say I found another doctors office. They are a little closer to. Maybe they will take their jobs more seriously..
