I had an extremely positive experience at Cortland Hearing Aids. Ashley was very patient and spent a number of office visits with me, always working diligently with me to keep improving my hearing using the new aids I had purchased. Adjustments were cheerfully made and her experience in doing so were very well done. In addition she made me aware of several other pieces of technology that could be used with the hearing aids to improve the whole experience; eg, cell phone app, TV streamer, remote transmitter, and charging device. There were lots of good options available and I would readily recommend the TV streamer and remote. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with and Ashley was simply terrific.
